Return Policy 


Order Cancellation 

A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any in accordance with our return & refund policy. 

www.kiksquad.com reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer / vendor or breaches the terms & conditions of using www.kiksquad.com .

Return & Refunds  

www.kiksquad.com practices no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items. However we will give a coupon or loyalty points that amounts to the order that has been placed which you can use for your future order placements. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to resend order to us, customer must bear the return courier fee.

If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your tote bag, you can request for a refund. 

Please email us at help@kikisquad.com or send a text massage through WhatsApp within 7 days with your order number and we will guide you from there.

All items must be in original condition as such:

  • Unused, unwashed and in original packaging
  • In brand new condition, with all tags still attached
  • Free of any stains (e.g make up) or scents

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned item meet the above requirements, refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment. It should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for refunds.

Delivery costs will be borne by the customer unless in the case of defects.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or items that are bought with return credits vouchers are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Wrong/defective item

We're so so sorry in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective piece! In that case, please email us at help@kikisquad.com or send a text through WhatsApp, within 7 working days from date of receipt and we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

However, do note that manufacturing inconsistencies within 5cm from our given measurements are not considered a defect! Due to the nature of canvas, minor threading and colour offset are inevitable and not considered a defect.
